We are delighted to have been asked to recruit a Director of Strategy and Marketing on behalf of one of London’s fastest moving and most entrepreneurial law firms with an international reputation. This board level appointment plays a key role in the leadership of the firm and is a great opportunity for an experienced individual looking to work in a business with a highly differentiated vision and strategy. Working closely with the Managing Partner and COO, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a market development strategy including integrated and creative campaigns that drive profitable revenue growth.
This fast moving firm is well known for its ability to work with growth oriented wealth generating commercial and private clients who have complex challenges requiring enterprising and commercial solutions. The firm regularly out scores competitors (as measured by regular client surveys) for its ability to deliver a level of client service that is highly personal, agile and enterprising.
Leading the marketing and business development team, this is a role for a naturally confident leader and strategic thinker. It requires an individual with a very strong marketing track record and understanding of a client led business probably from within a professional services partnership. They will be someone who is forward looking, proactive and creative thinking when it comes to opening up existing as well as identifying and developing new markets for the firm.
