We are looking for an operations specialist to help this small law firm set and implement the policies and procedures to enable them to achieve their growth plans. This is an exciting newly created role where you will be instrumental in developing best in practice procedures and manage the small operations team. For this role it is vital you have proven experience of working in professional services or a law firm in the past or have been the driver operationally to get a firm from 50-150 employees.
