haysmacintyre is now looking to recruit a newly created opportunity for a Director of Business Development and Marketing. As a key member of the senior operational team, you will lead marketing and business development and be responsible for developing a strategic business development and marketing approach for the business, to support and help drive the growth of the firm.

 

This is a really exciting opportunity to strengthen marketing and business development, create a new strategy and deliver new processes and systems to the business, working with the senior leadership and partners in order to add value.

 

The Director of Business Development and Marketing will be an experienced marketing and business development professional, who has a strong background from within a professional services, partnership based structure. It will suit a dynamic candidate who is keen to make an impact, lead, coach and develop a team.
