My client is one of the UK's fastest growing real estate consultancies and a key player in the industry. They have established a nationwide presence though this role can be based in either Leeds or Manchester (hybrid working week, 3 days in office).
They are looking for a highly accomplished and experienced individual to lead the team as Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Marketing & BD Partner as well as the firm’s senior leaders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of the business by leading and executing innovative marketing and business development strategies. Working closely with this senior management team, they will provide both strategic and operational leadership to support the ambitious goals of this rapidly expanding business.
- Collaborate with practice and department heads to create and implement comprehensive development plans, supported by the existing team, to enhance revenue streams.
- Set and achieve agreed-upon new revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate a strong focus on innovation in marketing and business development, keeping abreast of industry trends and implementing cutting-edge strategies.
- Foster effective communication and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear channels of collaboration and coordination.
- Develop a robust strategy to elevate the external profile of the business in key markets, utilizing effective public relations (PR) and social media initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the senior leadership team to refine and implement the brand strategy.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with in-house experts, harnessing the power of digital platforms to drive growth.
- Manage and cultivate the growth of the existing marketing and business development team.
The ideal candidate will have proven senior marketing and business development experience within a prominent UK professional services practice, preferably with a background in real estate consultancy.
Possesses a strong commercial skill set with a track record of transformative marketing initiatives.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships at all levels.
