Working for a pre-eminent US law firm, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead business development and marketing for the firm outside the US. You will play a key role in the global marketing and business development leadership team and work closely with the firm’s leadership in EMEA. The role requires an experienced individual who has built a career working closely with partners, someone who takes the time to really understand the firm, it’s clients, and markets. It is likely the individual will have a strong track record in the legal sector.
The firm is growing, and you will play a key part in developing and delivering the go-to-market strategy through the breadth of business development and marketing activity. The BD and marketing team in this region is highly regarded and you will be building on an established team and infrastructure in EMEA. As a senior professional in the global M&BD team, you will work closely with the CMBDO to further develop and best in class function for this region but globally. With overall responsibility for BD and marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing region, practice and partner specific business plans; managing budgets; the creation of go to market campaigns and strategy and providing strategic input on pitches and profile-raising activity. The individual will be client facing and be expected to understand the where the firm can add value to new and existing clients.
