- Provide training and onboarding support to new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
