As the Customer Success Manager you will work closely with the firms clients and hand hold them through their journey. You will be part of onboarding with providing training and demos but also be part of strategy work with the founders on maximising these clients and spotting further opportunities.
They need someone who understands lawyers as these will be your target client. This would suit someone who comes from a BD and Client role within a law firm or a trained lawyer looking for a client focused role.
