CRM Product Manager

Leading Advisory firm

Newly created role

Competitive salary and excellent benefits

My client is a leading advisory firm that is strengthening how it uses CRM to support growth, improve commercial decision‑making and create more consistent ways of working across the business. As part of this, the firm is appointing a CRM Product Manager to take day‑to‑day ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and ensure it delivers practical value for users and leadership alike.

This is a hands‑on product leadership role with a strong operational lens. The CRM Product Manager will sit between senior stakeholders, technology teams and business users, translating priorities into a clear delivery plan, maintaining grip on performance and adoption, and ensuring the platform remains reliable, well governed and fit for purpose.

The role:

The focus of the role is making CRM work effectively at scale. This includes setting direction alongside the Product Owner, shaping a realistic roadmap, and balancing demand against delivery capacity. The CRM Product Manager will oversee structured delivery with technical colleagues, maintain visibility of progress and quality, and ensure releases are well planned and governed.

A core part of the remit is performance and adoption. The role owns ongoing monitoring of usage, data discipline and service reliability, producing clear, regular insight for senior stakeholders and driving improvements where standards slip. Working closely with colleagues responsible for training and business operations, the CRM Product Manager will help embed consistent usage, support targeted interventions and improve confidence in the system.

The role also involves close collaboration with data and enterprise change teams to ensure CRM aligns with wider standards and shared initiatives. In addition, the CRM Product Manager will lead a small specialist operations team, establishing clear ways of working and a culture of continuous improvement.

About you:

Candidates will bring substantial experience in CRM product management or senior CRM leadership within a complex organisation, alongside strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be comfortable operating between commercial, technical and operational priorities, and experienced in running structured delivery and governance processes.

You are likely to have a strong operational mindset, with evidence of improving adoption, data quality and service reliability over time. The ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing demands and make pragmatic trade‑offs will be essential. Experience working with enterprise data governance models and within professional services or partnership‑led environments is beneficial.
