An exciting newly created COO opportunity to join a South West based Law Firm. The successful candidate will have oversight and responsibility of the firms strategic operational decisions whilst managing all aspects of the firms operational processes including legal departments, IT, HR, Business Development & Marketing, Facilities and Finance. You will work closely with the Executive Board, CPO, Head of Finance and COLP to support the firm's long term business objectives.
You must have proven experience of working in professional services or law firm in the past and be able to demonstrate your experience of working in an business operational role. This would be a great role for a law firm Practice Manager/Business Manager or Operations Lead to make that step up into a COO position.
The role is based in Cornwall so would be an amazing opportunity for someone potentially looking to relocate.
