This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and respected finance operations team in a key leadership role. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive process improvements, and support the wider finance operations strategy.
The ideal Cashier Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure ongoing compliance with SRA Accounts Rules, manage internal audits, and lead monthly breach review meetings.
- Financial Controls: Oversee adherence to financial controls, policies, and daily exception reporting.
- SRA Audit & Coordination: Lead coordinator for SRA audits, liaising with internal teams and external accountants.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement, engaging with the wider business to streamline finance processes and enhance user experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise team members, manage workflows, and ensure effective training and development.
- Project Management: Support finance-related projects, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
The ideal Cashier Supervisor will have:
- Legal finance experience, with strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, AML, and VAT compliance.
- Proven experience in legal finance procedures, controls, and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work
