Communications Senior Executive

12-month contract

We are working with a leading advisory firm based in London who are looking for a talented Communications Senior Executive to join them on a 12-month contract basis.

 

This firm are hugely successful and have a brilliant culture that is supportive, innovative and collaborative. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and are set to continue this upward trajectory with a strong vision and strategic plan in place. There are lots of exciting developments in the pipeline, hence the need for some additional support in their Communications team.

 

This role will be based in London and will offer hybrid working. The role will have a bias to internal communications, but there will be an element of external/client communications as well.

 

The Communications Senior Executive role will include:

 

  • Developing and delivering the firms internal communications strategy.
  • Managing the firm’s intranet.
  • Creating internal communications content including announcements, newsletters, intranet articles and team member interviews.
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team in the creation of their weekly communications and providing strategic advice on best practice.
  • Monitor effectiveness of internal communications strategies and report findings.
  • Manage internal communications budgets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support the production of the firms annual ESG report. Supporting the firms social committee with firmwide events.
  • Working closely with the HR team to deliver on employer branding communications.
  • Line management of a junior team member.
  • Supporting on various projects as needed.

 

The successful candidate for this Communications Senior Executive will need:

 

  • Previous experience of working in a Communications role in a professional services environment.
  • Experience of internal communications.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail with exemplary copywriting, copy editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience of content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of SharePoint, InDesign or Illustrator would be advantageous.
