We are pleased to be working with this leading accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a talented and creative Communications Manager in an exciting newly created role to support the continued growth of the firm.
The firm has experienced significant growth over recent years and can be largely contributed to their strong reputation, their commitment to delivering excellent client service and a culture that is progressive, collaborative and extremely supportive. They have ambitious growth plans in place for the future which will further underpin their market position.
The Communications Manager role will take ownership of the strategic planning and tactical delivery of the firms internal and external communications, in a broad and varied remit that includes:
- Developing and implementing firmwide, sector and service specific external communications plans
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to create compelling content for external communications
- Developing the firm’s SEO strategy
- Managing external agency relationships
- Creating content and messaging for internal communications campaigns
- Internal and external profile raising initiatives
- Measure and report on ROI for communications campaigns
The ideal candidate for this Communications Manager role will have strong communications experience, ideally gained in a professional services environment. The ability to manage multiple projects and strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience of using CMS and analytics tools, an awareness of SEO best practice and experience in content optimization.
