We are delighted to be working with a leading offshore firm to hire a first in post Chief Marketing Officer to lead their Business Development & Marketing Team. This role is central to driving growth through a client-centric approach that anticipates and meets clients' needs.

Purpose of the Role
As Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the group to lead the combined Business Development & Marketing Team.

Responsibilities
You will define, execute, and communicate the client success strategy, aligning with the group's vision, incorporating digital strategy elements to drive income growth through new and existing client relationships. You will create and manage the strategy to ensure a strong ROI on client-centric investments, staying current with technology and best practices. Utilising data to maximise resources across Marketing, Business Development, and Client Intelligence teams, you will manage marketing channels, including digital and social media, ensuring robust action plans based on market research, competitor analysis, and client surveys.

You will develop annual service line plans and budgets, contributing to key hires and internal development. You will assist partners and directors in building and maintaining strong client relationships, enhancing marketing channels, and fostering cross-team referrals. Collaborating with the CFO, you will develop pricing strategies that maximise profit and ensure the group's brand is well-positioned in the market, sharing client success stories both internally and externally. Leading learning and development activities to improve client success skills across the group, you will attend seminars, conferences, and workshops to track industry trends, providing insights to key stakeholders.
