Key Client Account Manager - leading legal services provider

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Key Account Manager to join a leading global legal service provider who are on an ambitious and exciting growth journey. This Key Account Manager role will work closely with the Head of Account Management, the wider Key Account Management team and key internal stakeholders to develop and grow relationships with existing clients. The role will be broad in nature, with a client facing approach and will include:

 

  • Creating focused account plans for designated clients and own the rollout of these plans
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue from clients and cross sell services across the group
  • Lead all relationship and sales meetings with designated clients to understand needs and create tailor made solutions
  • Work with internal teams to contribute to engaging and innovative pitch opportunities
  • Collaborative with colleagues globally to expand relationships into new territories
  • Provide insight and reporting to the wider business to help shape new products and services

 

This Key Account Manager role would be ideal for a candidate who is self-motivated and passionate about delivering service excellence. First class communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role, coupled with high levels of commerciality, a solutions orientated outlook and the ability to see the big picture.
