About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will report to the Financial Services sector Senior Client Relationship Manager and support a selection of our clients strategic priority clients. You will be responsible for the client development and commercial growth of key financial services sector clients. Your role will involve working closely with business development managers to provide insight and challenge on key client, intermediary, and target relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client relationships for strategically important clients in the Financial Services Sector.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) to develop and implement global client business plans and drive follow-up actions from regular relationship review meetings.
- Monitor opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow revenues through industry trends, SWOT analysis, and strategic research.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Business development and client relationship management experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm.
- Strong execution and follow-through skills, with the ability to influence and advise Partners.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong customer-service ethos and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and team player skills, with solid writing abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
- A Marketing or business degree (or equivalent) is helpful but not essential.
- A passion for improving client experience and a determination to succeed.
