We are working with a leading global law firm known for its progressive and forward-thinking approach in their search for a talented Client Development Advisor to join their team in London. Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the relationship management for a group of strategically important key clients with a global remit. Ensure impactful BD and marketing plans are in place for each client to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Work with stakeholders across all jurisdictions to provide insights into client revenue and relationships. Produce intelligence and data reports for partners, offering actionable insights.
- Provide input into high-profile client tenders and proposals, ensuring that submissions are tailored to meet client needs and firm objectives.
- Attend sector group meetings to provide an overview of BD activities and support new client initiatives. Share best practices and drive innovation within the team.
About You:
- Previous BD and/or client development experience gained in a professional services environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Proficient in producing and interpreting intelligence and data to inform strategic decision-making.
- A proactive and innovative approach to client development, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
