The Opportunity & Suitability

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, commercial technology leader to develop and drive the firm’s IT and data strategy and operations to support the firm’s ambitious continued plans.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, sitting on the Operational Board and managing a team of 46, will join at the start of a new five year strategy period and play a pivotal role in determining the future of the firm by delivering a robust, progressive, and integrated technology platform.  This includes responsibility for operational efficiency/excellence across all core business processes and platforms; and ensuring the highest standards of data quality and compliance, working in collaboration with the Information Security team.

This is a key leadership hire for the firm that demands a strategic and objective thinker with a proven track record of success and a capacity for managing complex technological landscapes.
