We are delighted to be handling an exclusive project to recruit a new Chief People & Talent Officer for a leading International law firm.
Reporting into the Managing Partner, the role plays a key role in the senior management team and leads the development and implementation of the People and Talent strategy of the firm.
This organisation has a well-resourced and experienced People function, with specialist Heads leading teams focused on HR Business Partnering, L&D, Resourcing, Reward and Diversity & Inclusion.
Candidates for this excellent role will have extensive HR leadership experience in a progressive and sophisticated professional services environment. Some experience in the legal sector is preferred and International exposure is essential.
