As CFO, you will be a key driver of RPC’s strategic vision, reporting directly to the Managing Partner and holding a seat on the Executive Committee (EXCO). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the firm’s financial future as it embarks on the next phase of its ambitious growth strategy.
Leading a global finance team of 50, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning the department into a strategic business advisory function. Your insight and leadership will drive RPC’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial management across the firm. You will work closely with senior leadership to optimise efficiency, mitigate risks, and align the finance operations with RPC’s expansion plans.
RPC is seeking a progressive CFO with board-level experience in an international professional services environment. While prior experience in a law firm or partnership is advantageous, it is not essential. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with proven expertise in managing finance during periods of growth and transformation. Strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic change are essential.
