Change Manager

My client, a top global law firm, is looking for a Change Manager to join their Business Transformation team in London.  A newly created role, the Change Manager, will join the global Business Transformation function, driving transformation and change programmes firm-wide.

The firm is continuing is multi-year operational transformation programme and require a change manager to support this programme by designing and implementing a robust change management and communications strategy across the programme to ensure all change initiatives are delivered and successfully embedded within the firm.

There are numerous projects within the transformation, all of which require a systematic change and communications approach and roll out of detailed change and communications on each specific project.

The successful candidate will have experience working on large scale, complex, multi-geography/ global change and transformation projects including technology implementations across a range of sectors.  Experience in the legal sector is highly preferred, but my client is open to those coming from top management consultancy firms.

Given the scale of the firm, someone who enjoys working with colleagues internationally and driving operational change across offices with a variety of resources is desirable.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, honed from ideally 4-5+ years delivering change management programmes
  • Deep understanding of change communication and engagement best practice
  • Ideally a consultancy background, used to delivering large scale change programmes

My client has moved to a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in the office per week.
