We are excited to be working with a leading insurance advisory firm who are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join their existing team based in London.

Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a self-motivated, client centric Business Development Manager, to support both client relationships and project delivery across the business.
Th BD Manager role will work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and deliver first class service to clients across a broad portfolio. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships, along with supporting the development of junior team members.
The successful candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have a BD background, gained in the legal, commercial insurance, finance or M&A sector. Experience of working with clients at Exec/C-Suite level would be advantageous, coupled with a demonstrable track record of building collaborative working relationships with clients.
Candidates with a client centric, solutions orientated, and proactive approach would be ideal to align with this firms values. This BD Manager role would suit a candidate with bags of initiative, the ability to influence and negotiate, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
