Totum Partners are excited to collaborate with AAB, a tech-enabled business critical services group offering audit and accounting, tax, payroll and HR, outsourcing, and advisory solutions globally to hire several newly created Business Development Partner positions.

With ownership of the North East region, the primary purpose of this role is to deliver sales growth inline with the wide company strategic goals. You will lead business development initiatives, building a presence in the market and securing new business. You will also assist in training and coaching team members on sales skills and conversion as well as implementing and maintaining a sales pipeline.

We are looking for an individual with comprehensive market knowledge of the North East region and a proven sales capability as well as ability to drive business development best practice.
