Job Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful delivery of change initiatives across the firm.
- Working within the Change function, you will partner with stakeholders, fee earners, Business Services teams and technology colleagues to analyse business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of solutions that improve processes, systems and service quality.
- Lead the discovery and analysis of business problems and improvement opportunities
- Document current and future state processes using BPMN
- Support delivery across the full project lifecycle, working closely with Project Managers and Change Managers
- Manage and lead on user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scripts, execution coordination and defect triage
Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering IT and/or business change projects
- Knowledge of legal operations, legal technology platforms or workflow solutions
- Business Analysis certification (BCS, IIBA or equivalent)
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.
