Billing Supervisor – Ebilling Specialist
Totum is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Billing Supervisor for a small, high-performing team of 8–10 people. This is a hands-on role, focused on high-volume Ebilling, with responsibility for client onboarding and managing complex billing arrangements.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and lead a billing team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Onboard clients onto Ebilling portals, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with client-specific requirements.
- Manage high-volume billing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and resolution of queries within SLAs.
- Work independently to maximise billing efficiency, maintain data integrity, and meet billing targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service and foster a client-centric approach across the team.
- Escalate and resolve complex billing issues, supporting projects and system enhancements.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in high-volume Ebilling, ideally within the legal sector.
- Hands-on experience with client onboarding on multiple Ebilling platforms.
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to “right first time” billing.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed billing targets and performance metrics.
- Strong numeracy and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent client service and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Elite 3E, Paperless Proforma, EBH.
- Broad knowledge of legal billing processes and systems.
