Totum Partners is actively searching for a dynamic individual to steer the billing department of a prestigious law firm into a new era of efficiency and compliance. This role offers a flexible hybrid working schedule, allowing you to balance office collaboration with the comfort of home.
The Ideal Billing Manager will be responsible for:
· Leading a dedicated team, directly managing four staff members and indirectly overseeing three e-billers.
· Working closely with financial leaders, including the Head of Financial Operations and the Firm's Revenue Manager.
· Influencing the firm's billing and performance targets, driving success and innovation.
The Ideal Billing Manager will be someone who:
· Has a proven track record in billing management within a law firm.
· Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing a team.
· Is a strategic thinker focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
· Possesses knowledge of VAT, AML, and SRA Accounts Rules.
