Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the billing team.
- Establish optimal billing/e-billing processes.
- Provide effective solutions for unique billing scenarios.
- Track billing/e-billing statistics.
- Reduce backlog in submissions.
- Identify process and system enhancements.
- Deliver high-standard billing training.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for billing.
- Assist Finance Operations Manager in driving projects.
- Contribute as a key core project team member.
Requirements:
- Experience in legal or professional services
- Strong people and change management skills.
- Experience with billing and e-billing platforms advantageous
- Proven ability to identify solutions for diverse billing needs.
