We are delighted to be working on a fantastic, newly created BD Manager role, working for a renowned international law firm, supporting in their Litigation team.
This BD Manager role will give the successful candidate a great opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with stakeholders in London and the Middle East (as well as linking up with other global counterparts) to drive the BD strategy forward and will offer rapid progression into a Senior Manager role for the right candidate.
This firm have made some excellent lateral hires into their Litigation team recently, and there are exciting plans in the pipeline for more. They have an impressive client portfolio, so the practice will continue to go from strength to strength. The BD Manager will play a key part in the onboarding of these lateral hires, managing client relationships, profile raising and opportunity spotting.

This BD Manager role would suit an existing BD Manager who is looking for the opportunity to make a real impact and influence stakeholders and is looking to progress into a Senior Manager role in the next 12 – 18 months.
Previous experience of working as a BD Manager in a law firm is essential, ideally with exposure to a Disputes/Litigation practice group. Strong influencing, communication and relationship building skills are key for this role, coupled with excellent commercial awareness.
