Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on London-based Funds & Asset Management and Tax teams.
You will work closely with partners and lawyers to provide them with BD and marketing support and feed into the BD strategy for funds and Asset Management globally.
Responsibilities include:
Working with partners to drive a cohesive BD strategy across the firm, drive engagement with priority clients at both a global and local level and oversee execution and delivery of priority projects.
Broad BD responsibilities across BD pitch, credential and collateral preparation, thought leadership campaigns, client and market intelligence and client research, conferences and seminars, media relations and directory and award submissions.
Shared line management responsibility for a BD Executive and BD Assistant,
Contributing to individual business plans by keeping up to date with relevant topical issues and market intel.
Acting as lead client relationship manager for an agreed group of sovereign wealth fund priority clients and support the relationship partners in developing these relationships.
A successful candidate will have worked in a professional services environment, ideally a law firm within business development.
You should have experience creating and delivering business development strategies. You should be proactive, energetic with excellent written skill.
Experience in funds and asset management is highly desirable.
