A market leading, US law firm are looking to recruit an experienced BD Manager to join their highly respected Financial Restructuring practice.
This firm have a brilliant reputation and have a culture that is collaborative and progressive. The BD Manager will have a global remit and will be a creative thinker, who is passionate about identifying and driving opportunities for growth.
Working in collaboration with a Senior Bd Manager, and with the support of a talented BD Coordinator, this BD Manager role will include:
- Developing and implementing the practice’s BD and growth strategy
- Managing pitches and proposals
- Researching new and existing clients to analyse and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Supporting the onboarding of lateral hires
- Carrying out market, client and competitor analysis
- Managing thought leadership and content marketing campaigns
- Coordinate client events and speaking opportunities
- Support internal communications
In order to be successful in this BD Manager role, candidates will need:
- At least 5 years BD or marketing experience gained in a law firm environment
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
This BD Manager role would be ideal for an existing BD Manager who is keen to gain more global exposure, or a Senior BD Executive who is looking to take the next step in their career.
