Job Description:
They are seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to support the EMEA Capital Markets, Finance, and Restructuring practice groups. Reporting to the EMEA Business Development Managers, you will collaborate closely with team members to drive business development and client relationship activities.

Responsibilities:

• Create standard materials including credentials, pitches, and bios.
• Conduct research and analysis, including competitor analysis.
• Compile legal directories and award submissions.
• Facilitate communication among partners and sector interest groups.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities.
• Support cross-selling initiatives and BD plan implementation.
• Contribute to pan-European business development projects.
• Organise events and client engagements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ business development experience in a legal or professional services firm.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
