A leading London law firm which specialises in delivering legal advice to the clients in the real estate and private wealth sectors, is looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Executive to support their Commercial Real Estate team on a fixed-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the BD&M Manager on implementation of the strategic plan for the practice area
  • Supporting the BD&M activities of a number of jurisdictional or specialist groups
  • Supporting fee earners in the implementation of their personal BD plans, including profile raising, targeting key contacts and utilising social media
  • Monitoring and reviewing BDM spend
  • Supporting the BD&M Manager on the promotion of campaigns, including research, managing contacts, liaising with Events and Digital departments
  • Maintaining the internal and external momentum of campaigns once they have been launched and support fee earners to engage with campaigns to generate business leads
  • Managing internal and external communications including direct mailshots/newsletters, website content updates, content with third parties
  • Working collaboratively with the firms’ appointed PR agency
  • Responsible for awards and listings
  • Managing relationships with networks and memberships to ensure we maximise available opportunities to attend events
  • Maintaining a library of credentials documents covering sectors and services
  • Supporting the BD&M manager with pitches
