Marketing & BD Executive

 

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing & BD Executive who will support marketing and BD projects, assist in the creation of marketing resources and successfully carry out high-level events.

 

Key Responsibilities;

  • Oversee logistics, for both online and in-person events
  • Create and distribute event and sponsorship communications internally and externally 
  • Support industry events and external conferences including managing invitations, advertisements, marketing material and negotiations
  • Be the key contact between lawyers, administrative staff and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to provide support with business development and marketing projects
  • Coordinate PR activities
  • Oversee the distribution of communication via Mailchimp, and assist with collating content ideas
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, maintain marketing material inventory and advise lawyers and staff of new materials
  • Update website content and assist in the editing of videos and podcasts
  • Prepare marketing and BD pitch slides using PowerPoint
  • Help the Managing Partner with submissions to legal directories

 

Key Skills & Experience Required;

The successful candidate would have the ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining strong professional and ethical standards. They would have demonstrated business judgment, and strong systems, database and conferencing skills. With excellent attention to detail, this person would be both flexible and resourceful, and have a highly-responsive and collaborative working style.
