We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a US law firm to recruit an Associate Director of European BD & Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing firm and play a key role in the global BD & Marketing leadership and in the firm’s wider leadership team here in London. The partners are looking to work with an individual who is collaborative, has intellectual curiosity and wants to really immerse themselves in the business. It’s a highly visible role and one in which you will be expected to drive change, and which has real scope for impact both at a strategic and operational level.
Managing a team and working with on-the-ground consultancy support, you will be responsible for providing strategic business development and marketing guidance and day to day support, including developing and implementing best practice strategies and processes and driving strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience in an international law firm, and a strong understanding of the financial services, private equity, and corporate practices. There is a real opportunity to build on some great foundations in London and Europe to create something quite different with the support and ambition to do so.
