We are pleased to be partnering with a globally renowned law firm on the search for an Associate Director for its Business Development, New Business Team in EMEA. This role involves leading the New Business Team across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia - directing the overall approach to pitches and proposals, and refining client feedback mechanisms. The position includes substantial partner engagement to improve go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities include coaching partners on best practices, developing best in class pitch content, and driving strategic initiatives. This is a senior level role and ideal candidates will have strong, demonstrable leadership skills, deep BD expertise, and relevant supervisory experience.
